Prior to joining BCP, Andrew served as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at UBS in New York, where he worked on the Equity Capital Markets team and later the Industrials Coverage team. In addition, Andrew previous served as a Wealth Strategy Analyst at UBS in Houston, Texas.
Andrew received his B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
