Jonathan Parnell
Managing Director
Jonathan Parnell is a Managing Director at BCP. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to joining BCP, Jonathan served as Chief Strategy Officer at Atlas Technical Consultants (NASDAQ: ATCX), a BCP Fund I portfolio company, where he led mergers and acquisitions, integration efforts, and investor relations. In this role, he was responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy and executing strategic transactions.
Prior to Atlas, Jonathan held leadership roles focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy at ATC Group Services, a BCP Fund I portfolio company that was merged with Atlas, as well as ARMS Reliability and The Shaw Group. Across these roles, he led transaction execution, integration efforts, and strategic growth initiatives.
Jonathan received his B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
