Tim Poché
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer
Tim Poché is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Bernhard Capital Partners, and he is also a Partner of the firm. He serves as a member of the Investment, Valuation, and Portfolio Review Committees, and oversees finance, compliance, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for The Shaw Group. Along with this role, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the largest operating segment at Shaw, Shaw Power. Before his time with Shaw, Tim spent 22 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Tim served as Office Managing Partner and Professional Practice Director in New Orleans, Louisiana where he was responsible for all New Orleans marketplace activities for the assurance, tax, and consulting service lines. Tim was an Audit Services Partner/Lead Client Service Partner in Houston, TX where he worked with multi-national, Fortune 500 companies operating in the utility, services, and midstream sectors of the energy industry.
Tim received his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
