Private Equity International’s PEI 300 is an annual ranking of the world’s biggest private equity firms based on how much capital they raised over the last five years. To qualify for the PEI 300 this year, firms must have raised a minimum of $1.55 billion over the last five years. Bernhard Capital has raised $2.32 billion since 2016, making it the fifth-largest private equity firm in the Southeast United States on the PEI 300.
