Brian Ferraioli

Brian Ferraioli is an Operating Partner of Bernhard Capital Partners. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Brian served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KBR, Inc., an engineering, construction, and professional services company from 2013 to 2017. Prior to KBR, Brian was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Shaw Group, Inc. (now part of McDermott International, Inc.) from July 2007 to February 2013, when the company was acquired by Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. Prior to joining The Shaw Group, Brian served as Vice President and Controller of Foster Wheeler, AG. (now part of the John Wood Group.) Brian has more than 40 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles in the engineering, construction and professional services industries and is also a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow.
Brian received his B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University and his MBA from Columbia University.
