Brian Ferraioli

Prior to joining BCP, Brian served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KBR, Inc., an engineering, construction, and professional services company from 2013 to 2017. Prior to KBR, Brian was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Shaw Group, Inc. (now part of McDermott International, Inc.) from July 2007 to February 2013, when the company was acquired by Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. Prior to joining The Shaw Group, Brian served as Vice President and Controller of Foster Wheeler, AG. (now part of the John Wood Group.)

From 2017 through 2024, Brian served as a board member and chair of the audit committee of several large public companies. Brian has more than 40 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles in the engineering, construction, and professional services industries.

Brian received his B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University and his MBA from Columbia University.
