Jamie Claire Kiser

Jamie Claire Kiser is a Director at BCP. She is involved in multiple areas of the firm’s investment activities. She is involved with and serves on the boards of BCP’s investments in Grace, Aventia, and Brailsford & Dunlavey.
Prior to joining BCP in 2023, Jamie Claire was Managing Principal and Director of Advisory Services at Zweig Group, a management consulting and research firm for the AEC industry. While at Zweig Group, her responsibilities included strategic leadership over all of Zweig Group’s consulting areas, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She also served on Zweig Group’s board of directors. In addition, she co-founded Zweig Group’s ElevateHER platform to improve industry-wide recruitment, retention, and engagement. She has prior experience in commercial banking and law and serves on the board of Buffalo River Foundation.
Jamie Claire received her B.A. in History, J.D., and MBA from the University of Arkansas.
