Kristyn Harris
Human Resources Director
Kristyn Harris is the Human Resources Director at Bernhard Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Kristyn was the Human Resources Director and Associate General Counsel for Pontchartrain Partners, LLC. She has worked in the construction, manufacturing and distribution, legal, higher education, and nonprofit industries, while utilizing her legal and human resources background in several capacities. Her experience includes recruiting, leadership development, benefits, employee engagement and retention, succession planning, compensation, compliance, insurance and risk management, safety, corporate governance, dispute resolution, negotiation, and policy and procedure development and implementation. In addition, Kristyn previously served on the board of NOLA SHRM.
Kristyn received her B.A. in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University and her J.D. and MBA from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a certified SHRM-CP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Notary.
